"Inspired by the aesthetic of the late nineties urban vinyl toy movement, with an emphasis on texture and simplicity of form and color, Kid Robot develops Black. This new line of vinyls from the toy giant has them pairing with some of the world’s leading artists to develop a series of limited edition pieces. The latest is a collaborative project alongside New York City’s Ruslan Karablin, better known as SSUR. Titled SSUReal From the Cradle to the Grave, the vinyl take on a skull design, featuring gold chrome-plated ABS teeth, an articulated jaw, and a unique, embossed sylvan pattern covering the entire surface of the cranium. Only 200 units were produced, each priced at $200 USD and now available through Kid Robot Black."
